The Queenie Foundation invites you to table at our 16th annual observance of International Homeless Animals’ Day on Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 3 – 7:30 pm at Hubbard Green on Hubbard Street in Glastonbury (shown as Green Park on the map below). Schedule: Set up: 1 – 3 Meet ‘n Greet: 3 – 7:30 Pooch Parade & Costumer Contest Speakers Interfaith Blessing of the Animals Candlelight Remembrance: 7:15 Raffles: 7:30 We expect to have at least 20 advocacy organizations for the Meet 'n Greet to introduce some of their adoptable animals to the public. The purpose of the event is to promote spay/neuter. Please bring everything you need to promote your business including tables, chairs, and tent. Sign people up on your mailing list, make appointments, and sell inventory. Registration is $35. The form is attached. In an effort to get the maximum number of people to attend our event, I invite you to announce this event on your website and include it in your newsletters.
