Volunteer Coordinator - You are responsible for recruiting volunteers throughout the year to table at events in which we participate or coordinate.
You must have excellent people management skills. We are a volunteer driven organization and depend on reliable grounded people at our table at all times. International Homeless Animals’ Day is our annual premier event and we will need approximately 15 people to assist that day. We also need people to assist in the months leading up to the event, such as passing out flyers and collecting donations for the raffle. You can assemble a team of people according to their strengths.
Our volunteers must love animals. Since we promote eating a vegan diet, we invite our volunteers to research this subject because they will be promoting it at our table and taking questions from the public.
Interviews will be conducted on the phone with the Executive Director and the Vice President.
